By using Hephaistos, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Hephaistos is a personal AI assistant application that runs on your own infrastructure. The application allows you to communicate with a language model hosted locally or on a remote server.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and not to create fraudulent accounts.

Hephaistos Cloud is an optional paid subscription where we host the LLM for you. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time from your Store settings. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
Your conversations and data are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your personal data.
Responses generated by the AI are provided "as is". We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
The Hephaistos application, its source code, design, and trademarks are the property of their respective authors. You retain ownership of your prompts and the AI's responses to them.
Hephaistos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
You can delete your account at any time from the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
